Special Issue: Cultural Safety

Deadline for Manuscript Submission: 30 July 2012 

We invite the submission of manuscripts for a special issue of Nursing Praxis in New Zealand to celebrate 20 years of cultural safety in nursing.We are inviting manuscripts that address cultural safety in relation to the following areas:

• Education nurses and other health professionals
• Improving health service delivery of people and their families and community, who belong to minority groups,
• Research on aspects related to cultural safety
• Critical reflections on cultural safety
• Discursive papers

Manuscripts must be submitted by the above deadline, and conform to the author guidelines.
Manuscripts must be 3000-4000 words in length, and will undergo a blind peer review process.
